Don’t forget to thank a veteran today for your freedom.  As law students we are studying to become lawyers some day.  As lawyers we will be part of shaping the future direction of our nation.  But let us never forget the men and women that put their lives on the line every day to preserve the freedoms that our laws have afforded us.

As lawyers we will get the ball rolling by fighting in the courtroom to preserve the freedoms given to us by our Founding Fathers in the Great Document, the Constitution.  As soldiers our troops will finish the fight by preserving our freedoms on the battlefield.  God says in the Holy Scriptures that greater love hath no man than to lay down his life for his friends.  Our veterans and our service men and women deserve our respect and gratitude.  God bless and have a great day.
