Each new term in law school we are asked to shell out literally hundreds of dollars for our casebooks.  While there is an opportunity for most students to buy used books, the savings is not that great for what you sometimes get.  However, if you are diligent and don’t mind surfing the internet a bit, there are several great places to buy discounted case books.

I personally decided to buy on Amazon.com this year any books I could.  On one book alone I saved $85, and this savings was considering the used price at my school’s bookstore.

There are some disadvantages to buying used such as poor marking and highlighting.  But if you can work around such things the small effort it takes to do a little searching could save you big $$$ in the long run.  God Bless and have a great day.
